What is the pvsa? The President's Volunteer Service Award or PVSA is a program that recognizes the citizens and residents of the United States who have dedicated their time to the community by volunteering. PVSA is given to individuals that have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation over the course of a one-year period. This award is split into three categories: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In each category, there is a certain amount of hours that individuals must commit to based on their age in order to receive the award. The PVSA encourages every volunteer to inspire and take positive action in changing the world. This is also a great addition to a school and/or work resume, to showcase the hard work and dedication in volunteering.

Remember...
“Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”
